1. Session (120 minutes avg. – no time limit)
During the session we will identify recurring irrational feelings that trigger from the emotional feeling part of your mind, rather than the rational thinking part. Without the need to delve into your past history. Allowing you to keep your personal life private. During the session you will access your inner subconcious mind way you can let go of old negative feeling triggers.
2. Session (75 – 90 minutes)
Similar to the first session although there are important differences as the second session is more centered on the letting go process.
3. Session 75 – 90 minutes)
Is also about letting go of feelings and also focuses on the rehabilitation of the feelings want in life. So you can reach your positive feelings that help you reach that full potential.
How Do Subconscious
Emotional Triggers Work?
Subconscious emotional triggers work by activating the amygdala, a part of our brain that is responsible for processing emotions, especially fear and anger.
The amygdala can be hijacked by subconscious emotional triggers that are not really threatening or dangerous in the present moment. Setting of other parts of the brain and body that override our rational thinking and decision-making. Tricking us into disproportionate or inappropriate reactions.
